How much will it cost me for a quotation?
All our quotations are free of charge & are valid for 30 days.
How do I request a quotation?
Call us during office hours where Pamela will be happy to arrange an appointment for us to visit you at home at a time that suits you. After we are happy we fully understand your requirements we will prepare your detailed quotation & pop it in the post within 5 working days.
If I accepted the quotation how long before the job starts?
We prefer at least 2 weeks notice but if it's a small job then we can usually be quite flexable.
Will i need time off work while the work is being caried out?
Not at all, we are happy to pre-arrange access requirements. Some people like to have a friend or neighbour at your home whereas others are happy to leave a key.
Which area's do you cover?
We have successfully carried out contracts all over Scotland however as we are based in Dundee most of our work tends to be within a 50 mile radius.
What hours do you work?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Our tradesman's working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm & Saturday 8am - 12noon.
